As a Project Manager at All Pro Construction Services, you will lead and oversee remodeling projects from inception to completion. Your strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff.
  • Establish and maintain clear communication channels with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage change orders and contract modifications.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status (include photo and videos)
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality and progress.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is great but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Full - Time
  • Competitive hourly rate of $24-$28/hr, based on experience.
